Ibrahim Steel Mills has made construction steel since 1977: the rods, angles and deformed bars that go into columns, slabs, foundations and frames across Bangladesh.
The mill sells to contractors, developers, fabricators and infrastructure projects. Its product list is short and made consistently, which is what builders ask of a mill: deformed bars for reinforced concrete, plain rods, and angles for structural and fabrication work.
With Madinah Al Mahrus Metals, the group's scrap yard, the group works both ends of the steel cycle: scrap in, finished bars out.
