When you send an inquiry, the form asks for your name, your email address, your organization if you choose to give it, a subject and your message, together with your confirmation that we may use these details to reply.

Browsing the site collects nothing about you. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. As with any website, the servers that deliver the pages record the technical details of each request, such as the address it came from, the page requested and the time, in logs that exist to keep the site running and secure.

The details you send are used to read your inquiry, pass it to the company in the group that it concerns, and reply to you. They are not used for marketing, not added to any mailing list, and not sold or shared with anyone outside the group.

The form includes a hidden field that people never see. If it is filled in, the message is treated as automated and discarded.

Your inquiry is delivered to the group's mailbox and is handled within Harun Group. The services that deliver the website and relay the form process the data on the group's behalf and for no other purpose.

An inquiry is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that the conversation can be picked up if you write again. Where an inquiry leads to a business relationship, the correspondence becomes part of that relationship's records.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@harungroup.com from the address you used, or send the request through the inquiry form, and we will act on it.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, the form is checked on the server before anything is accepted, and messages over a set size are refused. Access to inquiries within the group is limited to the people who need to reply.
